I am reading a book called Younger Next Year. It speaks of turning back our biological clock even while we are aging. I was intrigued by Harry's Rules.
1. Exercise six days for the rest of my life.
2. Do serious aerobic exercise four days a week for the rest of my life.
3. Do serious strength training, with weights, two days a week for the rest of my life.
4. Spend less than you make.
5. Quit eating JUNK.
7. Connect and commit.
I need as many reminders and encouragement in these areas for the rest of my life.
How are you doing in these areas? Getting younger next year?
